Introduction to Conboarding

Conboarding is your agency command center for client onboarding. It replaces messy email threads and scattered documents with structured checklists and secure portals.

You build custom onboarding flows that collect files, signatures, and payments in one place. Your clients get a clear path to follow without creating new accounts or remembering passwords.

How It Works

1. You create a New Onboarding for your client.
2. You use the builder to design a checklist of required items.
3. You send a magic link to your client.
4. The client clicks the link and completes the requests in their portal.
5. You review their submissions and approve the work.

Setting Up Your Agency

1. Navigate to the Settings tab in your dashboard.
2. Enter your agency name and contact details.
3. Upload your agency logo to brand the client portal.
4. Save your profile configuration.
