Billing and Plans

Conboarding offers flexible subscription tiers to match your agency size. You manage your billing, upgrade your plan, and review invoices directly from the dashboard.

The billing system runs through Paddle to ensure secure and reliable payment processing.

Viewing Your Current Plan

1. Navigate to the Billing tab in your dashboard.
2. View your current active plan at the top of the page.
3. Check your billing cycle dates and upcoming renewal amount.

Upgrading Your Subscription

1. Review the available plans listed on the billing page.
2. Compare the features between the Free, Pro, and Agency tiers.
3. Click the upgrade button under your desired plan.
4. Enter your payment details into the secure Paddle checkout modal.
5. Confirm the transaction to instantly unlock new features.
