Google Drive Sync

Automatically send client file uploads to your Google Drive workspace.

Google Drive Sync

You do not want to download files manually from the portal just to re-upload them to your own folders. Conboarding handles this automatically through its Google Drive integration.

When a client submits a file, the system routes it directly into a designated folder on your Google Drive. Your team accesses the files exactly where they already work.

Connecting Your Drive Account

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in your dashboard.
  2. Locate the Google Drive integration card.
  3. Click the connect button.
  4. Complete the OAuth flow by logging into your Google account.
  5. Grant Conboarding permission to manage files.

Configuring Folder Sync

  1. Open a client project in your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the project settings.
  3. Locate the storage integration section.
  4. Select your connected Google Drive account.
  5. Specify the target folder ID where client uploads should be stored.
