Client Portal AI Features

Your clients do not always want to type out long answers. Conboarding provides AI tools inside the portal that do the heavy lifting for them.

These tools read provided documents or analyze short videos to automatically extract the requested information. This reduces friction and speeds up the onboarding process.

Using AI Auto Fill

1. The client opens a task containing multiple text fields.
2. The client clicks the AI Auto Fill button.
3. The client uploads a relevant document or pastes raw text.
4. The system analyzes the text to find the answers.
5. The system populates the form fields automatically.

Providing Video Intake

1. The client opens a video intake task.
2. The client clicks the button to record a short webcam video.
3. The client speaks their answers directly into the camera.
4. The client submits the recording.
5. The system automatically transcribes and summarizes the video for you to review.
