Communicate directly with clients regarding specific checklist items.
Client Chat and Comments
You do not need to switch back to email to clarify a request. The Client Chat feature allows direct communication right inside the portal.
You leave a comment on a specific checklist item. The client sees your message and replies in the same thread.
Leaving a Comment
- Open a client project in your dashboard.
- Navigate to the submitted items view.
- Click on the specific item you want to discuss.
- Type your message in the chat input area.
- Click send to notify the client.

Replying as a Client
- The client opens their portal using a magic link.
- The client navigates to the item marked with a new message icon.
- The client reads your comment.
- The client types their response or clarification.
- The client clicks send to update the thread.
