Client Chat and Comments

Communicate directly with clients regarding specific checklist items.

Client Chat and Comments

You do not need to switch back to email to clarify a request. The Client Chat feature allows direct communication right inside the portal.

You leave a comment on a specific checklist item. The client sees your message and replies in the same thread.

Leaving a Comment

  1. Open a client project in your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the submitted items view.
  3. Click on the specific item you want to discuss.
  4. Type your message in the chat input area.
  5. Click send to notify the client.

Replying as a Client

  1. The client opens their portal using a magic link.
  2. The client navigates to the item marked with a new message icon.
  3. The client reads your comment.
  4. The client types their response or clarification.
  5. The client clicks send to update the thread.
