By accessing or using Conboarding (the "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, agencies, and others who access or use the Service.
Conboarding provides a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform hosted on Vercel and backed by Supabase, allowing agencies, freelancers, and businesses to build custom onboarding portals, collect files, gather digital signatures, and manage client communications.
As an agency/user of Conboarding, you are solely responsible for the data you request and collect from your clients. You agree that:
Billing & Merchant of Record: Conboarding offers premium features via paid subscription tiers. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding billing.
Platform Payments (Agency to Client): If you use our platform's payment blocks to charge your own clients, you must connect your own designated payment processor. Conboarding and Paddle are not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or liabilities arising between you and your end-clients.
Refunds: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refund requests are subject to our refund policy and are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
By using our marketing website, you acknowledge that we utilize tracking technologies including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and various advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, X, Google Ads) to monitor site performance and deliver targeted advertising. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how to opt-out.
Our platform utilizes AI for specific tasks (e.g., transcription, summarization, auto-filling). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated summaries or text before relying upon them.
Our IP: The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and design are and will remain the exclusive property of Conboarding and its licensors.
Your IP: We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you or your clients provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
In no event shall Conboarding, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
