AI Checklist Generator
The AI Generator builds full checklists based on a simple text prompt. You explain what kind of client you are onboarding, and the system drafts the necessary fields.
This tool saves you hours of manual drag-and-drop work. You review the generated draft and make minor adjustments before sending it to the client.
Generating a Draft
- Open a project and navigate to the checklist editor.
- Click the AI Generator button.
- Type a description of your client and what you need from them.
- Click the generate button to start the process.
- Wait a few seconds while the system builds the structure.

Reviewing AI Output
- Read through the generated list of fields on your canvas.
- Click any block that needs modification.
- Update the label or instructions directly in the block settings.
- Delete any fields you do not need.
- Drag blocks up or down to fix the sorting order.
