AI Checklist Generator

The AI Generator builds full checklists based on a simple text prompt. You explain what kind of client you are onboarding, and the system drafts the necessary fields.

This tool saves you hours of manual drag-and-drop work. You review the generated draft and make minor adjustments before sending it to the client.

Generating a Draft

1. Open a project and navigate to the checklist editor.
2. Click the AI Generator button.
3. Type a description of your client and what you need from them.
4. Click the generate button to start the process.
5. Wait a few seconds while the system builds the structure.

Reviewing AI Output

1. Read through the generated list of fields on your canvas.
2. Click any block that needs modification.
3. Update the label or instructions directly in the block settings.
4. Delete any fields you do not need.
5. Drag blocks up or down to fix the sorting order.
