Learn how to set up a New Onboarding space for a client.

Creating Client Projects

A project is the dedicated workspace for a specific client engagement. It contains all the required checklist items, files, and communication.

You start every new client relationship by generating a project. This creates their unique portal and tracking environment.

Starting a New Onboarding

  1. Navigate to the Projects tab in your dashboard.
  2. Click the button to create a New Onboarding.
  3. Enter the client name and their primary email address.
  4. Select a template if you want to load a pre-built checklist.
  5. Click save to generate the project workspace.

Managing Project Status

  1. Open the Projects list from your dashboard.
  2. Locate your target project.
  3. Click the status dropdown menu.
  4. Change the status from Not Started to In Progress or Completed.
  5. Review the updated progress bar.
