Creating Client Projects
A project is the dedicated workspace for a specific client engagement. It contains all the required checklist items, files, and communication.
You start every new client relationship by generating a project. This creates their unique portal and tracking environment.
Starting a New Onboarding
- Navigate to the Projects tab in your dashboard.
- Click the button to create a New Onboarding.
- Enter the client name and their primary email address.
- Select a template if you want to load a pre-built checklist.
- Click save to generate the project workspace.

Managing Project Status
- Open the Projects list from your dashboard.
- Locate your target project.
- Click the status dropdown menu.
- Change the status from Not Started to In Progress or Completed.
- Review the updated progress bar.
