Using Templates

Standardize your onboarding by creating and applying checklist templates.

Using Templates

Templates allow you to save a complete checklist structure for future use. You avoid rebuilding the same forms repeatedly for similar clients.

You create a master template once. You then apply that template to any New Onboarding you create to load the exact same questions and requirements.

Saving a Checklist as a Template

  1. Open a project that has a completed checklist structure.
  2. Click the save as template button in the builder menu.
  3. Enter a clear name for the template.
  4. Add a brief description explaining its purpose.
  5. Click save to store it in your template library.
