Core Workflows
Using Templates
Standardize your onboarding by creating and applying checklist templates.
Using Templates
Templates allow you to save a complete checklist structure for future use. You avoid rebuilding the same forms repeatedly for similar clients.
You create a master template once. You then apply that template to any New Onboarding you create to load the exact same questions and requirements.
Saving a Checklist as a Template
- Open a project that has a completed checklist structure.
- Click the save as template button in the builder menu.
- Enter a clear name for the template.
- Add a brief description explaining its purpose.
- Click save to store it in your template library.
